To be successful UX/UI must be conscious on multiple levels in multiple dimensions. User-centricity is one layer, however, management’s KPIs, marketing’s strategic vision, advertising’s conversion paths, and a hand-off package that seamlessly integrates with development and AI systems all must be met, otherwise the end product risks falling short of its potential.
